What are Haven Rewards?

The Haven Rewards program was created to thank you for being our client. Points are awarded each time you visit and can be used towards Haven services and products. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all of our clients.

How do I get started?

You don’t have to do a thing! All Haven clients are automatically included in the program and are already earning points.

How do I accumulate points?

It’s easy! You accumulate points through everyday interactions with Haven Spa. Below is a list of ways you can accumulate points, and their assigned value ...

8000 Points for referring a new client to Haven.
8000 Points for scheduling your next visit during your first visit.
500 Points for scheduling your next visit during your current visit.
5000 Points for retail purchases valued over $400.
10 points for each dollar spent on products in our retail boutique.
10 points for each dollar spent on services at Haven.
10 points for each dollar spent on Gift Cards.

How much are points worth?

1000 points = $1.00 credited to your Haven Rewards account.

How and when can I redeem my Haven Rewards Points?

Much like an airline frequent flier program, point redemptions are subject to a few rules and restrictions.

Pay in Full. Points are redeemable as soon as you have accumulated enough points to purchase a service or retail product in full. Points cannot be redeemed for partial services or products.

If a pre-scheduled appointment is cancelled, no points will be accrued.

Points will not be awarded for any services or products associated with a promotion.

Points will not be awarded for any transactions paid for with a gift card or for any transactions which are paid for with points.

Points are non-transferable but can be used to puchase a gift card with a value of $100 or more.

Members of discount programs, promotional programs, and employees, their friends and families, of Eve Salon and Haven Spa are not eligible for points.

Are Haven Rewards redeemable for cash?

No. Points are not redeemable for cash - points have no cash value.

Do Haven Rewards expire?

Yes. Haven Rewards are accumulated during the calendar year and expire at the end of June the following year. For example, points earned during the year 2011 will expire on June 30th, 2012. It is the client’s responsibility to claim unredeemed points prior to expiration.

Can I use my Haven Rewards at Eve Salon?

No. Our computer sytems are independent of each other and we are unable to transfer points from one store to another. If you are a client of both stores (thanks!) you will be enrolled in both programs.
